THE BOUNDARY — SAID OUT LOUD
Software cannot sit beside your team for eight hours, and we won't pretend it can. It compensates: multimodal capture, questions asked from real gaps, and an honest account of what remains unseen. Where the truth isn't captured, the map says so — it never invents a step. Narration and screen recording are wired: what you SAY is heard and only your own words earn OBSERVED (the rest is dropped and counted); what I SEE on screen becomes a step you confirm — because I can’t re-check pixels the way I re-check words — unless your narration corroborates it. And an exported event log is mined in your browser into MINED steps carrying the real case volume they ran at — nothing here is labelled MINED that carries a count I didn’t read. The one-click live connector to a running system is the only piece still founder-provisioned.
