Terms of service
Last updated 22 July 2026 · Scalarion is operated by Cognita GRC.
These terms govern your use of Scalarion. By using the service you agree to them. We’ve kept them plain.
What Scalarion does
Scalarion helps you audit where AI belongs in a workflow, build a governed agent, prove how it behaves with evals, and deploy it with autonomy it earns. It produces audit-ready evidence and decision support.
What Scalarion does not claim
This is the load-bearing part. Scalarion’s verdicts, safeguards, and readiness mappings are evidence, not certification. Unless a specific control is backed by a sealed run, enforcement is self-attested — declared by the builder, not independently verified by us. We do not certify, guarantee, or warrant that any agent is “safe”, compliant, or fit for a particular purpose. Governance output is decision support and does not replace your own security, legal, and compliance review.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the agents you build and for how you deploy and connect them to real systems.
- Don’t use Scalarion to build agents for unlawful purposes, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what you describe; the audit is only as good as the real process you give it.
Plans & billing
Governance is never paywalled — the assessment, safeguards, and honest verdict are free on every plan. Paid plans unlock keeping more agents, sealing & sharing proof, collaboration, and the certification path. Paid plans bill through Stripe on the cycle shown at checkout; you can cancel to stop future renewals.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cognita GRC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Questions: [email protected].
